Acha Grain (Fonio) 500g

Fonio, also known as ‘Acha’ in Nigeria, is a high fiber, easily digestible gluten free grain grown in West Africa. It is packed with nutrients and essential amino acids. 

The carbohydrate in Fonio is easily absorbed in the body and does not spike blood sugar.

It is rich in Protein and Iron, and a good source of Magnesium, Phosphorus and Dietary Fiber.

How to make Fonio

Fonio grain is very versatile, it is ideal for cereal, stir fry and works as a perfect swap for quinoa and couscous.
