Jaggery Sweetener – (500g)

Jaggery is the unrefined form of sugar (sucrose). Its absorption into the blood is slow compared to refined sugar as its form of sucrose is inverted. It also contains Iron and other micronutrients needed by the body.

Use this as a healthy alternative to processed/refined sugar.
