Fenugreek

Fenugreek seeds can be used whole or ground and used in spice blends such as garam masala, panch phoran (Indian five-spice), or dry rubs for meat.

You can add it to a salad. You can also dry the seeds, grind them into a powder, and sprinkle on meat to give it more flavor. Or you can grind it into a paste and add it to curry.
