Cealeg Tombrown Cereal

Cealeg Tombrown is an organic food supplement produced from a blend of some ceareal and legume .
It’s a Balance diet for all ages Expect children less than 6months and Obessed patients.

INGREDIENTS
Millet, Corn, Groundnut, Soyabean, Crayfish, Dates, Guinea corn.

DIRECTION
Put 2 table spoons of Cealeg Tom brown into a clean bowl
Add an equal volume of water and mix Smoothly into a paste.

Pour the mixture into a Clean pot and place it on fire.
Stir Continuously until a thick Brownish pap is formed.
NB you can add water as you stir.

Pour into a clean bowl , add the milk of your choice and enjoy your meal.
