How to use

They can be added to your smoothies, used as an egg replacement in baking, sprinkled on your oats and cereal, and also added to your baking batter. To use as an egg replacement, combine 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds with 3 tablespoons of water and let it sit for 10 minutes prior to use. Storage Instruction: Keep airtight and store in a cool, dry and dark place, away from direct heat and light. Keeps best refrigerated or frozen after opening.
